Pricing FAQs
Is your quote really all-inclusive?
Yes. Every S&J quote covers labor, materials, permits, demo, disposal, and finish work. The number on the quote is the number you pay.
How do your prices compare to other Tri-Cities contractors?
We price for mid-market quality — solid work at fair Tri-Cities rates. We're not the cheapest option, and we're not the showroom-premium tier. If you're comparing quotes, look at what's included: some contractors quote low and exclude permits, disposal, or certain trades.
What drives the price up?
Moving plumbing or electrical, structural changes, premium materials (marble, custom cabinets), and large-format tile work all add cost. We walk you through every driver during the estimate visit.
Can I phase the project to spread the cost?
Sometimes. Kitchen and bath can be done in separate phases. We'll talk through what makes sense during your estimate.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit is required at contract signing to cover initial materials and permit costs. Balance is due at project completion after your final walkthrough.
