Build Process

We come to you — not the other way around. No showroom appointment, no pressure to pick finishes on day one. We look at your space, talk through what you want, and give you an honest read on scope and feasibility.

• Scheduled within 1–2 business days of your call
• We measure and photograph the existing space
• We walk through your vision, priorities, and budget range
• No obligation, no hard sell

Within 48 hours of the site visit, you receive a fully itemized written quote. Every line is broken out: demo, materials, labor, permits, finish work, and cleanup. The number we give you is the number you pay.

• Line-item breakdown of all costs
• Material selections and specifications included
• No hidden fees, no mystery change orders
• If scope changes, you approve it in writing before we proceed

Once you're ready to move forward, we sign the contract and lock in your start date. We order materials, pull permits, and handle the supply chain. You don't chase paperwork.

• Written contract with scope, timeline, and payment terms
• Deposit collected at signing
• Permits applied for within 48–72 hours
• Materials ordered and confirmed before build day

Our crew arrives on the day we said. We don't start your project and disappear to work three others at once. You get a consistent crew, a weekly progress update, and a direct line to the project lead.

• Crew on-site on the confirmed start date
• Jobsite protected and cleaned daily
• Weekly written or phone progress update
• Any unexpected conditions disclosed and discussed before action

When the work is done, we do a full walkthrough together. Every detail gets checked. We don't call a project complete until you sign off. The final payment is due at that point — not before.

• Room-by-room walkthrough with the project lead
• Punch list completed before sign-off
• Written workmanship warranty provided
• Final balance due only after your approval
